Cameroon: support to ten bakeries


A pilot programme, aimed at improving the competitiveness of the bakery sector, was carried out by the CDE in Cameroon, upon the initiative of the Bakery Employers' Union of Cameroon (SPBC). 

It has helped, on the one hand, to improve the quality and hygiene standards, in full respect of the new standards in force, and on the other hand to improve the energy efficiency by optimising energy use in the production process.
