Jean-Marie Delchambre, ad interim director of the CDE
Mr. Delchambre, who arrived at the Centre in 1981, has successively been in charge of the sectoral and the geographic divisions, before being appointed in charge of the European Institutional Network and the management of institutional partnership agreements.
Qualified both in technical science (Civil Engineering) and in economics (Business Administration graduate and Bachelor in Applied Economic Science), Mr. Delchambre has considerable experience of developing countries. Before joining the CDE he worked for 10 years at the INDACOM consultancy firm, including 5 years as Managing Director of its subsidiary SOMEBU (Société Mixte d’Etudes au Burundi).
The ad interim director manages with a board composed of the head of the Operations Department and the Head of the Administration.
